DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
We strive to make your shopping experience with us carefree, and get your order to you quickly and safely. This Delivery and Return Policy explains to you how we deliver your order, and under what circumstances you can return or exchange of your purchased products.
We partner with SF Express to deliver our products to a range of destinations in the world. We charge you only a reasonable delivery fee for each order less than HKD 1,000. Delivery fee is waived when your order reaches HKD 1,000 or above. Generally your order will be shipped within the next 2 working days once we have confirmed your order.

Please kindly note that you are solely responsible for filing custom clearance and paying for applicable duties and taxes. If you have questions regarding importing our products into your country, we encourage you to contact your local authorities directly.
Some of our products may only be sold within Hong Kong. Please refer to each product page for more information.
If you live in Hong Kong, the option to pick up your order in store is also available. Please kindly show us a copy of the confirmation email sent to you.
For any order placed on our website, you can now easily track your order by signing up as a member with us. If you experience difficulties tracking your order online, please feel free to contact us via email@example.com. We strive to respond your inquiries within the next 2 working days.
We are happy to accept your exchange/return request if any of below the circumstances unfortunately happens:
• You received a faulty item;
• You received a defective item, except our antique collections;
• The item is damaged during the delivery.
Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our friendly customer representatives will arrange the courier company to collect your item. If you leave in Hong Kong, you can also return your item to our store upon mutual agreement. Please keep your item unused and in its original packaging. Refund will be transferred into your paying card/account within 7 working days.
Please be reminded to open your package and check the content before the courier leaves. Otherwise we may not be able to accept your refund request. Any exchange/return request outside of 7 days after you received the item will not be accepted.
